Saif Ul Malook Lake
Saiful Malook Lake is a famous alpine lake located in the northern end of the Kaghan Valley in the district of Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is situated at an altitude of 3,224 meters (10,578 feet) above sea level and covers an area of approximately 2.75 square kilometers.
The lake is fed by the glacial waters of the surrounding
mountains, including the nearby Malika Parbat, which is the highest peak in the
Kaghan Valley. The lake is named after a legendary prince, Saiful Malook, who
fell in love with a fairy princess named Badiul Jamal and is said to have
found her near the lake.
Saiful Malook Lake is a popular tourist destination in Pakistan,
attracting visitors from all over the country as well as from abroad. It is
known for its breathtaking natural beauty, clear blue water, and stunning
reflections of the surrounding mountains. Visitors can enjoy activities such as
